Pam is the Operations Manager and has been with REMAX Direct for six years, the REMAX brand for 10 years and real estate for 20 years. She has always worked behind the scenes assisting the brokerage, agents and staff. In her earlier years, Pam worked in the hospitality industry, in catering and event planning.

General Counsel
Stephanie serves as General Counsel for REMAX Direct. Born and raised in Boca Raton and a graduate of Pine Crest School in Ft. Lauderdale, Stephanie has dedicated her career exclusively to real estate law. She began her practice at a boutique civil litigation firm, gaining valuable courtroom and transactional experience before transitioning to hard money lending, where she advised on complex development deals across fifteen states.
